Talbot of ComReal Fort Lauderdale recently completed a lease renewal with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.   David Preve with Cresa Partners represented the tenant on the transaction.  Under the agreement, Morgan Stanley renewed 11,707 square feet of office space at Las Olas Centre located at 350 East Las Olas Boulevard.  Morgan Stanley is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services.
