Morgan Stanley Smith Barney- Lease Renewal
Timothy J. Talbot of ComReal Fort Lauderdale recently completed a lease renewal with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. David Preve with Cresa Partners represented the tenant on the transaction. Under the agreement, Morgan Stanley renewed 11,707 square feet of office space at Las Olas Centre located at 350 East Las Olas Boulevard. Morgan Stanley is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services.

Allstate Inks Promenade at Coconut Creek Lease
In one of the top office lease deals so far this year, Allstate Insurance Company will take 33,810 square feet at the new Promenade at Coconut Creek. The deal marks the first office tenant at the new 246,000 square foot lifestyle center and the second largest office transaction in Broward County this year.
