Zach Wendelin is an Associate at ComReal and specializes in the professional representation of property owners and corporate tenants in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.  Mr. Wendelin’s background includes agency leasing, investment sales, tenant representation and corporate dispositions in Broward and Palm Beach County.  Zach has six years of experience in the real estate industry.  He joined ComReal in 2011 after working at Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman and Wakefield and Marcus & Millichap.  Additionally, Zach was a Search and Rescue Swimmer in the U.S. Navy, serving overseas in Yokosuka, Japan.  He was awarded the 2008 “Rookie of the Year” and 2009 “Top Ten Broker” for Cushman & Wakefiled in South Florida and has over one million square feet of leasing and sales experience.

While serving as a member of the U.S. Navy, he spent four years onboard the USS O’Brien (DD-975) as a Search and Rescue Swimmer and Visit, Board, Search and Seizure team member.  Mr. Wendelin received several letters of commendation and multiple medals and ribbons for his military service from 1995-1999.  

Zach earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Miami, majoring in English and Advertising.
